Our company was established in December of 2007, we are a small family owned business with a handpicked staff to provide the best service to our customers.

In March 2010, Modern Mechanical established an electrical department. With a licensed electrician on our team, we can now service your electrical needs as well as your heating and air conditioning needs.

In May 2014, we established a metal fabrication department which is currently located at 124 Rand Park Drive, Garner. Our experienced Shop Foreman can provide you with duct work made to your specifications.
