We have our own home and a rental home with twice yearly seasonal inspections and maintenance, and we’ve needed to replace both first and second floor HVAC systems in the rental. Lastly, my wife is a realtor and she’s recommended Modern Mechanical to multiple clients for inspections, repairs when needed, and on going seasonal service as well. All our interactions with MM have been great, with effective and personable service. New HVAC systems were competitively priced and professionally installed and full post-installation cleanup.
